This policy applies to subscription fees paid to Ematrix Institute of I.T. (Ematrix Software Solutions) for EMVORA ERP and is consistent with our Terms of Service. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Cancelling your subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but your subscription is not activated, or you are charged twice for the same period, the extra amount is returned to your original payment method — usually automatically within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it.
Hotel bookings through the marketplace
A booking made through the marketplace is subject to the cancellation policy set by the individual hotelier, shown at the time of booking where configured. EMVORA is not responsible for a hotelier's cancellation or refund decisions on an individual guest booking.
How to raise a request
Email info@emvoraerp.com with your agency name, registered email and payment reference. We reply within 2 working days; any approved amount is returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
